Highest buildings some planes and the top of the mountain that you chase that guy of on a mission you do for the cops. I wonder if you can get different parachutes I haven't bothered to ask yet and I don't mean a different colour a different type.
go to downtown los santos and look for a roundish building. You can go to the top but using the door, there's a parachute on it.
