Apologies again for the previous website but I've constructed a new one from scratch from what I know. But I have a few questions (I obviously understand if you do not want to help).
1) What are your thoughts and opinions on the site (considering I'm a noob)?
2) How can I improve it?
3) Does the idea of the website sound like a good idea. Bearing in mind this is currently just a Media assignment?
4) It's currently hosted on my 'local host' (may explain if it isn't working). Is there a way I can get it onto the internet 'full time'?

EDIT: currently, it is best viewed in IE

Never had an issue, though only real problem I've found is nested selectors in IE due to it's poor parsing.

Firefox can understand;

element#id.class element {...}

and even

element#id.class imput[attribute] {...}

IE on the otherhand can't as it doesn't like CSS nesting.

Most shorthand, or anything I've ever used has never thrown any problems or wobblers but there is a set order in creating shorthand, especially background where it has to go colour before the image and position.

Thanks. I would have rather used PHP but I had way too many problems with Apache and hosting the site

*Shudders* PHP would be far eaiser for someone learning as ASP is over bloated and over complicated fopr it's own good.

I can assure you it's my own work. I used ASP because so I could use the log in feature but I'm still reading up on it (username is admin and password is password by the way)

Read the report and you may learn a thing or two about writing HTML correctly.

FWIW, are they really in ASP or is that a left over from ripping it elsewhere?

Noticed your CSS contains some in shorthand and some ovbiously buy you, also the mix of uppercase/lowercase and use of tripplet Hex#'s to full hex#'s kind of gives me the impression that you've only really written about 40% of this yourself.

On a validation note, how on earth can you fail on HTML 4.01 with this many errors:
