Ok so I screwed up and managed to create a folder named "Oz\'s 81Sqn.zip" which my webspace now tells me is a prohibited name, I cannot rename, delete or move it with my ftp program (cuteftp4) any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is on special reserve webspace by the way.

You can either try creating a quick script to delete/rename it, or using the windows FTP thing (Start > Run > Type: ftp). For the script, try:
rename("Oz\\\'s 81Sqn.zip", "propername.zip");
?>
rename("Oz\\\'s 81Sqn.zip", "propername.zip");
?>
