After viewing the latest PSW disc I think I can safely say I've come across what appears to be the most utterly braindead, miserable excuse for a game ever. Of course, I could be wrong, but the four or five minutes of mind-blowingly crap "Alien Hominid" gameplay I had witnessed appeared to resemble a shoddy flash game off the Newgrounds website.
Like, I said, did I miss something here?

It's one that looks like it's supposed to be £17.99 at launch, I plan on getting it when it's £10 if I've heard enough people say it really is as funny as it claims to be.

Well it can't be that bad- it received 8.5/10 on Gamespot.com. It must have had some sort of makeover; no way could a lousy flash game even be considered a reasonable standard for a PS2 title.
Looks tiring and orientated towards button-mashing.

It is a proper game - that started out as a flash game - and someone decided that this lunchtime distraction should have to be bought. I don't think they've even changed it from the original version.
