"Double N being butterly useless"

Why does Netscape persist in being totally useless? It's taking me ages to finally get my site working after changing all my coding to comply with their layers. But now it turns out that I might as well have just left it as it was and spurned NN users from my site altogether! All I want to do is have some seperate layers and move them individually, but NN has other ideas - it wants to nest them. Even though I've done everything in my power (ie - positions in the style sheet relating to the source) it still nests! Have a look for yourself http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul.whiston. It's the bit in the popup.
If anyone knows a way around this, then please let me know as I think my little site is a bit of a corker.
