Hi everyone. As most of you know I regularly visit the PS2 forum, but I do not have a ps2. I am getting 3 games with it in july BUT ive already picked 2 which will remain anonimous so no teasing takes place. Advise me on any game except Z.O.E and Gt3 because I am already getting them..... Damn now you know what I chose. No mocking my choices.

F1 2001 is great. I got mine on Wednesday, If you like F1 then you have to own this. You get all the practices on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to do. The qualifing and the race. When the race starts it has the FIA logo and the music. The warm up lap has Murray commentating on the postions of the grid. The physics are great, alot better than any PS1 game. If you touch the grass it can send you spinning out and into the wall. I was caught out on this in Austriala. The wheel just went on the grass and the car just shot off in to the barrier on the opposite side of the track, just like what happens in F1. I would recommend this game to any F1 fan and anyone who wants a decent racing game.

Quake 3, Crazi Taxi or F1 2001.

I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with Q3. Crazy Taxi only got 8/10 in OPSM2, but should still be good. I haven't play F1 2K1, but I hear it's good.

Try renting one.

Well, Formula 1 2001 was out today the best F1 game on any system ever - but you have to be a fan of the sport to get that much out of it), as was MTV Music Generator (not so much a game, but if making music is your thing then this would be a good choice - simple to use and endless possibilities). I've bought them both, but haven't had a chance to play them much yet.

Oh, Super Bombad Racing was out, but that is supposed to be rubbish.

Of the older games, you can't go wrong with SSX, Timesplitters or Quake 3.

Depends on what type of game you're after really.

There are loads of good games availible now,i'd check reviews in magazines or rent them to try out.

I finally got my PS2 on december 4th and still don't OWN any PS2 games for it,I've rented out a couple but £300 kinda wiped me out.I've got a back collection of PS1 games to keep me entertained until i get a bit more money or the prices come down.

Thanks! I have finished now, and it seemed alright. Two of the three questions were fine, though the third had some tricky proofs. Unfortunately that was the easiest one, so I`ll have to do a lot of work to get ready for the next lot!

Depends what you are after. You already have a racing game, and a 3D action game. It might be a good idea to check out SSX if you like snowboading. Quake 3 or Timesplitters for multi player shooting. Redfaction for single player First person shooter. Starwars for another action shoot-em up. Shadow of Memories for a thinking game/Short RPG. Maybe NHL, NFL or ISS2 for a sport game.

I would go for Star Wars Starfighter!! Loads to do and it will take ages before you fully master it!!! Great graphics and a typical Star Wars quality it has!!
