It's The Album with Wheatus on. They were only big for about a minute, and they just happened to be making The Album at that exact time. Talk about lucky.

Ive got that one too. They never seem to differentiate between each different album by giving it a number or a year or whatever. Its juat always "The Album", which is a bit crap.
