Very simple, each section will be an individual movie clip loaded into the main area, and I'm working on a funky little menu for the top that'll just link to all the random crap I like to make.
Tyla will hate it because it's Flash, but it's really really small. The only image is a 10x10 square drawn in Flash, then repeated/stretched where required. 2kb I think, including the ActionScript for loading items and making the logo all random - tiny.
EDIT: Is it really obvious that I can't decide what to do with my site? That's probably the third design in as many weeks! This one will work quite well with the menu and general layout.
EDIT #2: Just added a shaded border and light inner-shadow, which boosts the filesize up to 10kb.
