There are two short comments I'd like to make about this, as un-sympathetic as some may think they sound:
Firstly, you can't say he didn't bring it upon himself. Why didn't you just call them Bob and Fred? Nope, you had to be bigger, better and DIFFERENT to everyone else - you just HAD to have the attention. And now, you can't seem to happily cope with the 'consequences'.
And secondly, we've all heard what balls-for-brains has had to say (once again...), but what about Sticktoria? Perhaps she secretly loves the fact that her Brooklyn could well become our first real-life Truman Burbank. After all, it's often been said she's the reason her husband has transformed into a complete tart...
What is he trying to say about considering his future in Spain though?
If he wants to come crying home, has he forgotten about this country already? Does he not understand that things will certainly not get ANY better if he comes back to plague-ridden ol' blighty!
