The F.A has decided to respond to accusations by Rafa Benitez that Mourinho wouldn't give Liverpool Joe Cole. Mr Benitez is quoted as saying:

The F.A has therefore deciding to charge Chelsea with not giving Liverpool Joe Cole, Mourinho with not giving Liverpool Joe Cole, Benitez with not having Joe Cole, and Joe Cole with not being in Liverpool at this very moment.
Punishments could include:
1) Making Joe Cole go to Liverpool
2) Fining Chelsea some random amount
3) Making Josemi go to Chelsea
When asked to comment, Robinho didn't respond because he doesn't speak English.
