...when a dog actually catches a cat? I've never seen my dog catch a cat cause the cat is too fast but if a dog did catch a cat what would the dog do?

I was in Thailand once, and there was a very weak, dying kitten.

There was a stray dog.

The poor kitten was trying to fend the dog off, but the dog kept on putting its mouth around the cats head and then running off.

surely Tom and Jerry teaces us that the dog will change its teetch and try to eat it, only to be thwarted by the cats schemes to eat the mouse, who is only trying to get some milk/cheese.
