Cool design. Loving the gradient effect
bold-ing on mouseover causes the words to shuffle about dude (in FF at least), you might wanna put each link in it's own table cell or fixed width
or something.

EDIT: Just noticed you're using -moz-border-radius to round your corners, doesn't work in IE, as you probably already know.

Yep. Doesn't look too bad with square edges in IE so I'll keep it as it is. No point using images when they're not really needed.
