eBay FAQs suck, btw. They are full of contrast and make no sense - such as the security policy:

We will not disclose your details under any your details circumstances.....We may pass on details to other companies beneficial to you.....we will never disclose your details to any 3rd party company.....we can review and make your details public if absolutely necesaary....
