I ordered these 2 items from ebuyer so I can get wireless Xbox Live :

Ebuyer 11Mbps Wirless (WI-FI) USB LAN Adapter (802.11b)
Ebuyer 4 Port Ethernet/USB Wireless ADSL Modem Router (802.11b Wi-Fi)

They've only delivered 1 out of 2 items (USB Lan Adapter) and have taken NO money from my account!

There's no phone number so I can't ring them and get them to tell me what's going on. Both items are "Invoiced" (fully dispatched) but i only recieved 1 out of 2 so far. I can't cancel the last item so it has to be on it's way. Do they deliver every item seperately?

Please help me! I know a lot of you are wireless Live people :-(

Netgear WGE101 Wireless ethernet bridge

I was reading this months computeractive magazine and there was a article about ebuyer basically saying that all there problems are because they are too popular for their own good lol. I got a wireless router with 5 cable slots for none wireless compatable items so a get the best of both worlds. I got that from PC World it was a netgear one.

I got this e-mail from Ebuyer:

Dear David Murphy

During the pick/pack process of your order it was discovered that the following
items were unable
to be picked.

1 x Ebuyer 4 Port Ethernet/USB Wireless ADSL Modem Router (802.11b Wi-Fi)
(QF:56082 - VPC:12425)

In order for the rest of your goods to be despatched these items have been
removed from this
order.

In normal circumstances we would create a new order for these items and despatch them on a seperate order. Unfortunately we are not able to create a new order for the following items as
these products are now discontinued:
1 x Ebuyer 4 Port Ethernet/USB Wireless ADSL Modem Router (802.11b Wi-Fi)

You have been refunded in full for these items on credit note blah blah

They're saying no one can buy a wireless router from them anymore?
Where's another good place to get one from?
BTdslshop.com have a Xbox compatible router, but not sure if it's wireless £65
PCworld have a wireless one for £70 but it don't say it's Xbox compatible.

Why is it so complicated to set up Live? I just wanna have fun. Help :-(

I love you guys! (in a manly way...you understand this?) yeah the USB wireless adapter came via City Link. Wireless Router better come today. Paying extra for fast delivery means...well, more live hopefully. That's so sad, delivering everything seperately! 1 order = 1 delivery like

They dispatch everything seperately, even if you order 7 ink cartridges you will get 7 different boxes turn up. Its quite ridiculous really.

Chances are they have sent the items separately, although I've never dealt with them.

I have heard that you'd have more success getting hold of Bin Laden than their Customer Service though...
