Just got this album and it is that pure riff rock brilliance you'd expect from such a quality band.
Imagine every QOTSA album combined into one meaty package and add a mix of contributing musicians, Lullabies to Paralyse is the result.
I personally reccomend this album.
Even if you didn't like Songs for the Deaf.

Yeah, the highlight of the album in my opinion.
It's weird, the riffs are all familar, catchy QOTSA-esque, but on a whole the album just feels like something completely fresh and new. Really enjoying it at the moment, a classic for sure.
Not listened to the whole thing yet, but that which I've heard is awesome. Especially "Burn the Witch".
Actually it's all great. Love the sound of Lanegan on backing vocals too, sounds class.
