help? if i cnt do lowrider missions how do i get on to the second island ting cuz ive done all the others

There are some around the hood like the remingtons or those pickups.
Theres one at Ceser's house across the street and you need hydralics. It is like the dancing only with a car and you use the joystick and you also do a racing mission which is pretty easy.
are you making the same mistake as me?
if you are then theres a range of differnt types of lowriders, just look for a roofless and low car

Or go to Cesars house and nick the Lowrider across the street.
There's tonnes of lowriders around.
