Sony is king of the game world and now also the customer service too. I had my new launch day ps2 for 2-3 mo. till it crashed and died, well It took me several months to tell sony and after a couple of calls & e-mails I was able to get what I wanted. Well All I have to say is that most companys will not take the time to deal with customers and the just go by the chart of how old, what's wrong, then here is how much. I am pleased to say although sony started out this way they finished the day with the right aditude they remembered that the consumer is king and we make them rise and fall. Sony did what was unthinkable now a days they backed down and did the right thing the help the consumer until he was utmost statisfied and not until then, so to SONY I have all praises and hope this story will help every gamer know just why again,if they forgotten, we bought our first playstation and began the NEED to play games.
