I was wondering. Do you ever think there would be a chance of the music industry dropping audio CDs and replacing them with DVDs. DVDs are huge and as well as containing about twice the amount of songs on an audio CD (plus many more if they wanted) they could also put music videos with them. We've seen plenty of music videos on DVD films already.
Charlies Angels had Apollo 440 and Destiny's Child's songs and Loser had Wheatus Teenage Dirtbag on it. All of these songs complete with video. Just imagine it. A DVD of music videos. It would be like MTV only you really can choose exactly what you want each time.
An idea for the future maybe. Possible? Maybe. Only time can tell.

Yeah, Tool's 'Salival' is indeed a work of art, but this is Tool we're talking about here and we wouldn't expect anything less would we? ;)

I've got the Tool DVD/CD set and it's awesome.
I posted about this a while ago too - seems us great minds do indeed think alike.
It would be called 'Now thats what I call music VIDEOS' and feature all the bext songs from the year in video form.
Although I wouldn't buy it because I hate all that tosh, but I'm sure lots of people would do so.
