I'm very nearly about to go ahead with a transaction but if there's something genuinely bad about the phone, I'd rather know.
Cheers
£200. Seller was in Huddersfield, only 10 minutes away.

What was it for?
After trying the phone out in the shops, I was amazed at the quality.
Build, screen, menu, sound and camera quality - all superior to even my Nokia 7610 - the phone I have long thought to be un-better-able :D
I just took a gander at the K700i. I may well keep that in consideration, but Memory Stick support is a big bonus for me.
I don't know. I've missed out on the imminent purchase I almost went for. I'm sure I'll find another one somewhere though!
What's your main reason for wanting the S model, other than it looks quite posh and sexy?
The K700i is probably the best phone around for functionality, easy-of-use and features. I've got a K500i which is almost the same and I'm glad I decided to move away from the babyish capabilities of Nokia.
I will certainly commend Sony Erikkson as a brand but whilst I can't comment on the exact model, I can recommend a similar one.
Also, when you "close" it, because the swivel isn't fully rotational, you tend to forget which way it rotates the next time you want to open it - not a good thing if you want convenience.
Keypad is also too flat for my liking; you do feel the buttons, but a bit tacked on. The battery cover is also hard to remove, a moment of stress is required rather than other phones which have a simple clip and unlock mechanism.
Still, it does have an uber class colour huge screen and great audio. Totally up to you.
