Dear Sir/Madam,
We kindly ask you to install this update to your PC as soon as possible.
In the libraries of OS Windows® critical errors have been found. This errors lead to destruction of the system files from your computer without an opportunity on restoration. The given service-pack fixes libraries and does not allow various Trojan modules to penetrate into your computer.

I'm guessing this is a new virus as there's only 18 other places on the net that have had someone report receiving it.

The virus scan didn't pick it up and McAfee won't let me submit it to them even though it's a blatent virus. They've got to detect it as being a virus before they'll look at it, which is stupid becase if there's a new virus that they don't get then I can't send it to them!

Idiots.

Upload any file that's infected and it will tell you, or if there's nothing and there's a virus in it they'll analyse it.

I wasn't stupid enough to open it! I just saved it to my documents and scanned it, which returned no threat.

There must be an email address that I can forward it to?

AHA, found it.

The lengths people will go to ruin your day.

If MS emailed me, I would be suspicious from the go.
