Heard about this band years ago, but never got into them. Something reminded me of them at the weekend, so I whipped out Ares, downloaded a few tracks, and it's amazing how musical tastes change - I really like them now. Kind of like Mogwai (who I also quite like), but more American and Pavement-esque. They had a song on the 'Kids' film soundtrack called 'Good Morning Captain', if that helps anyone place them. They remind me of Grandaddy too, but I'm not that keen on them, despite owning a few of their albums.
