Nope not really...you gotta have a contract obviously saying:
I (Your Name) agree to swap my house (Your Address) with (Other persons name)'s house (Their name)
and they gotta do the same thing and there is a load of other legal technicality stuff you have to write about ownership and deeds etc

1. The ball must not be bounced more than 3 times before passing to another played
