A bit like how the Windows Task Manager shows you which processes/programs are using how much memory/CPU, is there a similar one for bandwidth usage?

One time my computer decided it was best to download antisocial material onto my computer for me to look at all night long. I downloaded the Bonsi buddy and he pinpointed the crooks out to me.
