Yeah, put her in prison. Because no-one's ever commited suicide there.

I think this is what she wanted though, if you attempt suicde 4 times you are never going to kill yourslef, if you are serious you would have done it first attempt. This is a cry for attention, and she has got it. People do the strangest things for attention, recently in the news a mother had put an excess salts into her son's intravenous drips in hospital. he died and she said that she did it for attention.

If you take self harm for another example, isnt that just another step by which people make themselves different from other people, to draw attention to yourself and be noticed. People do different thing to be noticed when they are growing up.

I heard this on the local news and I must say, I laughed at first.

It reminded me of some scene from Scary Movie, or one of those types of "light-hearted-but-serious" films... I could almost imagine Homer Simpson, "damn rope; why won't you KILL MEEE!!!" ;)

Then I thought like someone else here suggested, why not get her some proper help instead of some official restraining order that's hardly gonna make her young self feel anything but less stable now!

Surely you couldget it right inside 4 attempts?

Maybe she needs some actual help, rather than an ASBO.
