No, he was the victim of stupidity and a combination of other factors. He wasn't killed by a falling tree, he didn't freeze to death and he didn't die on an icy road.

Waste of a life though, horrible way to go.

Or maybe he was going so slowly, that the tree grew and matured right infront of him.

Or maybe, he hit something and it catapulted him into the tree.

YOu'd have to be going quite fast to get killed when hitting it, so the slightest bump could send him flying.

Harsh way to spend your birthday

He was 19 earlier.

It says with a friend i wonder if they were hurt or just played with the red snow.

If I was is his possition I would be dead, rewind to when it happened and the tree wouldn't be the only thing jumping though.
