You use what is known as an FTP program. For example FlashFXP or CuteFTP. Basically these programs allow you to upload your files, be they .htm, .php, .jpg, .png etc. to your webspace located on a web server (this webspace can either be free, much like your current space, or you can pay for a far more worthwhile solution). Once they're uploaded anyone can access them on the net simply by typing in the URL (hopefully this is a concept you understand lol).

But how did you put that on the internet?

Why use frontpage when you can use notepad? Seriously, dont lower yourself to using WYSIWYG programs.
