Just done a quick and google and it appears that they do charge you before it is shipped. Few unhappy people on the eurogamer.net forums.

And CDWOW are the only boob heads to charge me before my order was shipped.
SR are the only jabronies in the online world that have charged me before the item is even released/shipped.
