...but luckily I have a new light to look forward to, this is making me happy, Thursday was when this mood was nrought over me, I was looking at the Rare and Nintendo games from the E3 and thought these games are going to be magical, its not that Rare and Nintendo haven't made great and classic games since the SNES, but it just seems that Nintendo are going about there business in a whole new strut, this time around they have the backing of nearly every single games company, bar the obvious enemies of Sony and Microsoft.
I'm not going to talk about who is going to win the console war, or which company is going to do best, because obviously I would say Nintendo, and others would say Sony or Microsoft.
The quality of games that were presentated at this years E3 was exceptional, they were just amazing, and without a shadow of a doubt Nintendo stole the show, every piece of gaming they should was incredible, and what makes me happy is that all the best ever games from the N64 are having the Gamecube treatment, including my favorite SNES platformer Metroid, now theres a game that is being deleivered at the right time, for everyone who played the original on the SNES would have been like me about 9-11 years old, and now Metorid Zero is being released with all those gamers in the 15-17 age range... Maybe Nintendo planned it all those years ago, maybe it was just a coincedence.
I also believe Sony out did Microsoft with there news features and games, all Microsoft had to show really was a crashing console which is sad for them because just when things started to look up, the console perfectly timed itself to go down.
Nintendo didn't need to showcase AfterDark, they want that to remain a secret, Sony didn't showcase a larger amount of MGS2 they wanted to keep it a secret, and with all these secrets in the industry it leaves us gamers happy that something will surprise us at every corner going into the Next-Generation Console War.
Gaming is about to turn ON, not like ever before, this time there are three crows going for the nest, who are you going to choose, the one with the backing, the one with the snake or the one with the box?
Thanks for reading
HAPPY
er-no
P.S Both Sony and Nintendo put on a show this year that made it the greatest E3 ever, congradulations to all the companies involved the E3 this year. Well Done.

RARE make brilliant games, Donkey Kong and Goldeney just two brilliant examples. I can't see their new DK game being any different.

Great, someone else wh ois happy at the pictures of DK, the original style has been brought back and... it will probably be the best RARE DK game ever....
Look at DK racing's graphics.
They look much more like the Snes DK country than the Donkey Kong we've seen on N64 games.
Rare have realised how Donkey Kong should be!
