The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
As you may have read elsewhere in these forums, one or two sharp-eyed customers have spotted our new Spam Check facility which can be accessed via Your Freeola Settings (previously known as the Control Panel).
In either the Freeola E-mail or Domain E-mail sections you'll see the SPAM CHECK link in the HELP column.
This will show you a list of recent e-mail messages to the appropriate address and what happened to them. It is especially useful if you have reason to suspect that a mail was accidently marked as spam. By providing you with the ability to spot a lost mail you can at least make alternative arrangements to receive the mail via alternative methods.
Please be aware that our anti-spam and anti-virus services are refined hourly as the system spots new spam methods and styles.
