Its for my laptop. The F1 button thinks that I am pressing it every few seconds and so pops up 100's of Help windows.
I have just downloaded a program which seems to have done the trick, but its a seven day trial.

I recommend pulling the keys out of your keyboard and replacing them with little pieces of toffee. That way, when you try to press the key, you get a piece of toffeee.
