I've got loads of respect from doing missions, but the meter is still on 0. Do I have to do something, so does it go up really slowly, or is it secret option number 3 - it's busted?
Kill cops as well as Ballas and Vagos, plus gain territory.
My respect was under the half way mark and then I went and gained about 6 territories at once, and suddenly it was full.

Mine got to full basically just before i completed the game.
Noticed it went up quite a bit after i went on a cop killing spree.

Doing missions doesn't put your respect up very much - spraying tags is the best way, methinks. And killing other gang members.
Hmmm ... can't really remember, but mine's about 3/4 full.
Oh yeah - taking over territories. That's the best way - the biznitch shoots up.
