"Lack of Chavs/Lots of Neds"

Someone help me, we have no chavs. Hard as it is to believe, in Morayshire, Scotland, the chav does not exist. The first anyone knew of them (no exaggeration) was little britain and all those annoying cash-in books like 'chav words' and 'the little book of chav'.

Instead we have Neds. Are there neds in England? It stands for Non Educated Delinquent,a nd they are superficially similar to chavs, but many actually wear jeans instead of trackie bottoms, and turboed fiat pandas appear to be the preferred mode of transport.

So what's up? Are there neds further down or chavs further up? Is anyone else experiencing this? Help!

Actually no, there are fundamental differences. You obviously aren't a chavologist like me. There isn't a problem ST, it's just that I found it quite wierd that chavs haven't appeared in our county/country yet, and wondered if they really exist anywhere else.

We call them townies and scallies in manchester, though most people understand what 'chavs' are.

They're all the same just with little variations. Like cute Pikmin beating up defenceless snails/old people.

They will migrate North when it gets warmer.
