Instead we have Neds. Are there neds in England? It stands for Non Educated Delinquent,a nd they are superficially similar to chavs, but many actually wear jeans instead of trackie bottoms, and turboed fiat pandas appear to be the preferred mode of transport.
So what's up? Are there neds further down or chavs further up? Is anyone else experiencing this? Help!

Dresss sense (one half of body), cars driven, language (ours are still almost comprehensible) and weaponry. Instead of knives, ours go for broken bottles, a fair few have metal bars and many of the more backward varieties in our town (about 50%) go for sharp sticks.

They're all the same bar superficial differences. Think of the differences as regional dialects.
