'Chav' used to be a choice word, before the entire nation abused it.
Take a picture of a Chav and blur their face out, then ask them "Do you think you are like this guy"
They'd say no, then unblurring their face they would still deny they are a chav.

I have too many chavs where i live anyways, why would i want to watch them on TV?

I had no idea the chav problem was so wide spread that a TV programme was going to be made. While I'm on the topic, I was watching the news a few weeks ago when an article came on that stated that Burberry were actually angry that their main customers were chavs. Found it damn funny.
