you need to check out limewire and a band called hudson docks. it's the reason the elections were so messed up in the u.s.a. Apperantly Bush used him to rig the elections. But I'm not "legally" sure of that.
I really would give into your little barrage and give the guy a try, but I'm not a fan of fileshare programs, so I'll give it a miss. If you could get a song or two on a website or whatever though... I'd try geocities.
