Our lame town still hasn't got Half-Life 2. But I wanted to know something before it gets here. While installing the game do you need to have steam installed on ur pc for registering or can it register without the steam program? Your help would appreciated.

So if I have steam allready installed it just registers?
It installs during the install process of the game if you don't already have it.
