Dickovs goal was fantastic. A goal of the month contender for sure.

Well, Dunne was made to make those mistakes by Rooney.

Those goals would never had gone in If Rooney hadn't been a) for the first goal, strikers intinct - a snap shot at goal which dunne tried to get something on and it went in b) the cross for the second goal - Dunne had to get something on it otherwise it would have been a great chipped cross in the box and he couldn't just let the ball go over him.

Dunne is the most improved defender I have seen develop over the last couple of years and Man City have got a great defender in him and he was unfortunate yesterday.

I thought we would have problems after not starting with a natural left or right winger and for the first 10 mins we were all over the place. I think O'Shea's substituation was a blessing in disguise as we played a lot better when Ron came on.

Stupid Dunne.

Oh well. Everyone will suck Rooney tomorrow.

Dunne and Dickov scored 2 brilliant goals this weekend, where I doubt any other player would have scored them. The angles and stretching was just amazing.

Wes and Dunne up front - most prolific strikeforce in the prem :-D

Well 3 points, not the prettiest or most entertaining of derby games but i'll take it for the battle of 2nd place :-D

Wes was a clinical finisher... in front of his own goal.

I reckon Wes Brown would still be able to cut it fr you up front if you put him in the opposition's shirt

By the looks of it we should buy Dunne and stick him up front. :-D

Neither team has really done anything. A draw would have probably been a fairer result.

If only one of you had bought Rob Hulse, aye?
