Bah, I don't have a credit card. I'll have to use the crappy e-mail addresses I get with my ISP.

I think you need a credit card if you don't have a personal e-mail address.

I think mid-life has been and gone. End-life or half-life perhaps.

All the proper email addresses work i think but ones that are free (hotmail etc.) do not work as they cannot identify you easily. They also need your credit card details all the time now. My friend signed up ages ago without a credit card, then he tried signing me up to it and he couldnt do it without a credit card number.
