Have any of you ppl played Uplink, that hacking game from a while back. I starte dplaying it again recently. NASTY ARC! GRR. One of my friends started playing and he called up some persons phone number and they were like (in the game " hello? ......hello?" and he freaked out..and rebooted his computer cos he thought he actually called them. ahh..funnny.
Here it is. I cant see it being a big hit but its innovative.

I played the demo a few years ago, was good fun.
The developers (only 3) of Uplink are now working on some swish vector game that I can't really explain without referring to the article again. I like the way they've gone about it though i.e. no publishers, ringing up retail stores beforehand.
