Same as "year 9" here I think, i.e. 13 - 14.

Nah, they're a year older, because "Kindergarten" doesn't count as a year.

I always thought they were a bit behind.
And after a bit of googling I'd say that they would be 12-13.

15, I'd say. Apparantly they become 10 in the 4th grade.
