Is sending music over MSN for personal use illegal? I have an album, and my friend is gonna buy it. I told him I could send it to him. But he says it's illegal.

If they have their music on their site he can listen to it streamed legally.
I tranferred the CD onto iTunes. Wouldn't it be the same quality?
Anyway, you get better quality sound froma CD rather than a file.
I save all my songs at 320k/bp/s, but they still don't sound as good as on CD.
