I'd say Smash and Ixnay are pretty evenly matched. I reckon Ixnay is a little more consistent, but Smash has the title track (easily one of my favourite Offspring songs) and some other corkers.
Then Americana has some good but some awful, Conspiracy of One probably has less awful, but is more average overall... Reckon Americana is better than Conspiracy though...

I only had Ixnay, Americana and Ignition, and I would put them in that order of goodness.
Ixnay was too hit and miss.
Smash > Americana > Ixnay
