Near the end of the game, I remember posession being something like 49% for Ireland and 51% to Italy. So as far as control goes, it was pretty even.
I disagree.
Ireland were very poor - they made far too many technical errors, and Italy controlled the play for the most part.
Ireland's kicking was also poor, and they were frequently pinned back in their own 22.
The score doesn't reflect the game at all.

I know they were only playing Italy, but Ireland played a fairly good game against them. Let Italy have too many penalties though...
I go for Wales this year to win.

Has to be said thats the best that Scotland have played for a long time, but they did rather let themselves down in the dying minutes. Was shocked that England were beaten! as they are without doubt a really good team. The Championship I think will be wide open this season! its going to be a tough call to predict a winner!
