Is there a way that you can watch a thread on the forum? ie get an email that a new posting has been made on a thread you are watching? just a thought as I work shifts and some times a thread I am interested falls a way down the list, and can be a srtuggle to find it again, just a thought.

Favourites does have a U in - much like colour. Damned Americans! Firefox have called them Bookmarks now - saves much confusion.
With regards to saving pages, I don't know why SR don't do what I suggested... add an extra query to the request string, so that for example this article would be:
display_messages.php? threadid=118545&forumid=206×tamp=xxxxx
where xxxxx is the timestamp of the last message. This will then use the browser's own link colouring (or CSS) to distinguish whether or not the last post has been seen.
