Was a pretty stupid thing to say publicly even though i respect his honesty. Is a good signing though for the Brum i feel and as long as he keeps scoring i doubt Brum fans will be bothered if he likes it in the Midlands or not.

Yeah, it amused me he scored within 12 minutes of making his debut. Wonder how the crowd reacted...

It infuriates me when footballers are criticised for the mundane drivel they churn out all the time, yet it really shouldn't come as a suprise when anything remotely different is mis-interpreted or twisted. Often when you read headlines in tabloids about players saying certain things then look at the smallprint of what they ACTUALLY say and there is more than likely to be little or no correlation.

I don't blame them at all, it's the medias fault.
