Been really busy working hard, going to the gym interspersed with periods of self abuse and merryment.
It's been a long january, living on credit for the past two weeks. Got up at 6:30 this morning, got home half an hour ago. Long day. Got a pint on the house at Leeds Irish Centre where we were installing a new till system. Let me tell you, that was the best pint I've had in a long time.
Don't know why I'm telling you all this, I'm just feeling particularly relaxed after a day of hard work and suffering with a post new-year flu-like bug that just won't quit. Sweet lady liquor eases the pain.
All good, just thought I'd wish you all a pleasant wednesday the 2nd of february.
Random stuff - watched collateral and bourne supremacy, both excellent. I highly recommend you rent them if you haven't already seen them. Also Fahrenheit 9/11. Excellent stuff, opened my eyes. Hopefully going to see Chemical Brothers in march if all goes to plan. Just need to sort out a nice 2 week break in Ibiza or similar before another summer passes me by.
Got my haircut on saturday and am going to get some nice new designer rimless glasses this week at a daft price, which I'm strangely looking forward to :S That's it.
So how is every little thing? Don't leave anything out (within reason)
For a lesson in how to do political revelation programming, Power of Nightmares was excellent, although very biased.
As a film about Bush's idiocy, it did quite well, but as an analysis of the actions of the US government's foreign policy, it eschued actual analysis in favour of some sob story about a woman who lost her son, and ended up wose off for it.

I'm fine, thanks - not dead ... yet.

I would make some innuendo ridden comment but I really can't be bothered....
This time next year you'll probably be labelled gay for even owning a pair.
(I'm not at all jealous that I can't afford a pair)

bah! you just don't want it enough :)
I have to say that no matter how I try to jazz it up with music or vary my routine, the gym always gets boring eventually.
I plan to get back to my karate classes as soon as my fitness reaches the level of : not pathetic.
