But, in answer to your question:
I believe the old Xbox Live demo has MotoGP2. Why? Because the first game is not Live compatible.
MotoGP2 is very good, anyway, and is as good as it's going to get for now, so buy that one. You can probably find it cheap somewhere. (SR don't sell it any more, that I know of, but it's probably due out on budget soon).
