For those who missed it, Vince McMahon slipped on the way to the ring during the Royal Rumble. He crawled into the ring and then never got up and looked to be in pain. We're told it's either a knee or ankle injury and there were plans for him to grab the mic and announce the match would restart. Instead, they had Howard Finkel do the honors.

He was looked at by the trainer after the match and there was a big crowd of people around him.

I was reading that after the Royal Rumble incident Vince had ripped his muscle in his right leg, then his ego took control and he wouldnt take anyones help in leaving the arena, therefore ripping his right leg muscle (might be quadracep or something like that) therefore paralising him to a wheelchair for a few months now. Just shows what an ego can do for you
