Merm's paedometer buzzes madly on a daily basis.
Then that I will do.
10,000 a day is what you should aim for.

Actually, what is a good figure to reach for daily? Not that I'm an fitness freak, but I do need some idea what to aim for. Or is just to keep improving until the counter resets back to 0?
