Just wondering how much DS and it's games are expected to cost, as I may feel 'forced' ;) to buy one if it's not too much.

Are we gonna have to pay £30 a game like with GBA again? :(

The DS is advertised at £149.99 on a couple or sites. That might change, but not necessarily. The games are going to be usual price - around £30.

Of course if you import you can get a DS for £99 and games for £20-25.

Although you do have to pay packaging & delivery.

Will the imported ones play UK games or not. All of the other gameboys were universal so I hope they dont change it.

It bloody better do - that's a third mark-up from the US release.
Shocking.

My Nintendo buddy says that it should debut in the UK for around £119.99.

This could lower or rise depending on the usual Tax/Exchange Rate fluctuations.

It's not a VERY bad price, but still over $200 when compared to the US's $149.99.

That is a disgrace.

We pay more for things in this country because not enough people complain about high prices.

Chances are Nintendo will sell it at £120, but £99.99 has a nice ring to it, and for something that looks like a new Gameboy, they might settle for that price.

It'll be £99.99 or £129.99 I think.

I can't see it being any more or less.

The thing is, they could put it at £149.99 and it will still sell - and Nintendo know that.
